Context

Government payment proposals often need to do more than answer a requirement. They have to help evaluators understand the platform, trust the provider, explore solution fit, see proof, and identify a credible next step.

This project turned stock proposal material into a gated, interactive sales experience for government payments buyers. It brought together product marketing, sales needs, government proof, technical capabilities, embedded video, and a web-based buyer journey.

System designed

I structured the experience around a complete government payments narrative: platform credibility, government expertise, solution navigation, recommended product paths, demos, proof, implementation detail, and next-step guidance.

Scale and credibilityMessaging around nearly 7,000 government merchant IDs and 11 lockbox processing locations nationwide.
Operational controlDex platform positioning around 13+ modules for payment operations control.
Buyer confidenceProof and product framing around real-time reporting, dispute management, flexible processing, and developer tools.

What I built

  • Buyer-path structure for a gated proposal experience.
  • Government payments story arc connecting problem, credibility, platform, proof, implementation, and next steps.
  • Messaging modules that could support sales conversations, formal bids, and follow-up.
  • Proof-point organization across government scale, operations, product capabilities, and customer evidence.
  • Web and handoff logic for an experience that could work as more than a static file library.

Why it mattered

This work shows content strategy as sales infrastructure. The value was not just writing proposal copy or assembling files. It was building a reusable path that made Forte’s government-payment story easier to understand, navigate, and adapt.

For senior content leadership, this is the same pattern shown across the broader portfolio: turn scattered knowledge into a structure that helps teams communicate with more clarity, credibility, and momentum.

Static capture of gated experience

Because the full proposal experience is gated for internal sales use, this public portfolio links to a dedicated full-page capture rather than compressing the entire experience into one screenshot.
