Customer Proof and Sales Enablement

Turning customer outcomes into evidence sales, marketing, product, and executive teams can use without watering down the operational detail.

The challenge

Sales, marketing, customer success, and executive teams needed more named customer proof across verticals. The better opportunity was to make each story do more work: not just a quote on a page, but a reusable source of evidence for campaigns, proposals, newsletters, sales conversations, and buyer education.

The work required the same discipline as reporting: interview the people closest to the outcome, preserve the useful details, verify the claims, and translate the story into forms the business could use.

What I built

Customer story pipelineA clearer path for finding, interviewing, drafting, approving, and publishing named customer proof.
Reusable proof pointsCustomer outcomes translated into web copy, sales enablement, proposal language, newsletters, and executive talking points.
Vertical evidenceProof organized around the buyer’s real pressure: wait times, collections, staff burden, reporting, payment access, and operational control.

Measured customer proof

$1M+

45 minutes → 5–6

230%

Other Mecklenburg proof points included an 11% single-year increase in kiosk transactions and 400–500 customers served monthly during peak periods.

Why it matters

Customer stories are not just testimonials. Done well, they are a proof system. They carry credibility because they use real customer language, operational detail, and repeatable evidence.
